Sometimes taking a break is the best thing you can do for yourself in times where you feel down. Get off social media. Go outside. Take a nap. Letting your brain relax is the best thing to stay grounded. Try a new art project, learn to crochet or knit, or bake something.
Talking to others can help you better understand how you're feelings. Talk to a parent, sibling, friend, or counselor. Remember that there is always someone available to listen or help.
