These days people can be really caught up in their devices. Here's a no phone challenge to get you and your friends or family off of their devices. Depending on your preferences you can make this challenge as long as two weeks or as short as a few hours.
Get rid of it
- Give your phone, computer, ipad, ect to a parent or guardian to get it out of reach and tell them you can have it back in however long you want
Figure it out
- Write down a list of things you could do but use a pen and paper. This list could include anything like going outside, walking your dog, biking, skiing, or anything you're interested in.
Just do it
- The last step is to follow through with your plan. Completion will feel good, and you will be happy with yourself.
